Company Profile
Dataflow has been developing business process management software since 1981. We brought our first accounting software to market in 1984; since then we have continued to pursue a strategy of innovation and in-house development.
We were the first to develop a true Windows accounting system for the UK SME market and the first to develop a financial accounting package that supported Microsoft SQL Server.
In addition to providing everything you would expect from an out-of the box accounting software solution, we also provide the financial backbone for market-specific and bespoke applications.
Today, we continue to enhance our reputation for leading the way in developing high-quality, flexible and cost-effective business software. The latest generation of our software features web-based accounting, along with integrated, modular solutions for Online Procurement, Supply Chain Management and e-Commerce.
Our commitment to innovation has also seen us developing new mobile solutions for field sales, warehousing and distribution applications. We are passionate about developing solutions that are tailored to meet our clients specific requirements, easy to implement and easy to use.

DOWNLOADTestimonials
“In our business, the key issue is to achieve or exceed the estimated Gross Margin on our projects. We need to focus on expected final cost of the project and spot any possible cost over-run as early as possible when we still have time to do something about it. It is disastrous to take too much profit too soon on a project and then be hit by a cost overrun at the end. You lose the profit you were expecting to make, and you have to write back some of the profit you have already taken. dataflow Project Accounting helps you avoid this”.
