Dataflow Introduces Digital Signature Capture for Windows mobiles

Staines, UK – October 2011 Dataflow (UK) Limited, a major provider of Windows software has introduced a significant upgrade to its Multihaul Haulage Management system. 

Dataflow has now released Multihaul v1.81 which includes a Digital Capture Signature for Windows mobile phone utility as standard.

The system uses the phone's internet connection to send the day's manifest to the driver's mobile.

Once the delivery is made, using the mobile, a signed proof of delivery can be obtained and transmitted back to base and subsequently updated automatically against the job with no user intervention.

In addition, if a copy invoice is required this also can be emailed direct to the recipient by return, significantly saving time, money and valuable resources. These features are also available for integration to other third party systems such as Palletline.

Finally with Multihaul's ability to retain data from day one, all past and present management reports as well as documents such as Invoices can be viewed on screen or emailed at any juncture, making Multihaul a truly paperless system.
